Breath is a bridge between existence and non-existence, not only in the physical sense. The death of the body is not the only death that happens to us. Reality constantly tears us from our bodies, absorbs our senses, and takes us away from ourselves. To feel your breath, to trace its journey, is to be – to slip away from non-existence.

 

A human breath weighs about half a gram, although it seems to have no physical qualities.

Prana is an attempt to make visible the immaterial, the unnoticed, and the obvious; it is an attempt to draw attention to what paradoxically exists the most.
